Refund Policy
Try Pro with confidence. Your first subscription comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, whether you choose monthly or yearly billing.
1. Purchases covered
This policy covers Tero Pro subscriptions and credit top-ups purchased through Paddle, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Tero is published by Aymen Kadri in France. Paddle processes payments and refunds; its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy also apply. If the law or this policy gives you stronger protection, that protection remains available. Downloading the free app does not create a paid subscription.
2. Your first 14 days on Pro
Request a refund within 14 calendar days of your first paid Pro subscription and we will arrange a full refund of that subscription payment, including tax. No reason is required, and normal use of Tero or its AI allowance does not reduce this guarantee. It applies to the full first monthly or annual payment, not just a monthly equivalent. We do not deduct AI costs or payment-processing fees. The guarantee is offered once per customer, rather than once per account; this limit never restricts a statutory withdrawal or refund right.
3. Cancellation and renewals
You can cancel renewal through the billing portal linked from your account, your Paddle receipt or Paddle support. Unless you are withdrawing or receiving a refund that ends the contract, paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. Uninstalling Tero or deleting your account does not cancel renewal. Outside the first-payment guarantee, cancellation alone does not normally refund a paid period or unused days on an annual plan. If a renewal was accidental, contact us promptly, preferably within 14 days of the charge. We review these requests individually, considering use since renewal and the circumstances; a goodwill refund is not guaranteed. Any additional renewal, notice or cancellation rights required by law still apply.
4. Credit top-ups
Top-ups are separate purchases and are not included in the first-subscription guarantee. Contact us within 14 days if a top-up was purchased by mistake. We consider unused credit for a goodwill refund; consumed credit is not normally refunded as a goodwill gesture. This is not a blanket exclusion of withdrawal rights: any lawful deduction for services already supplied requires the conditions and express consent required by law. Missing credit, duplicate charges and purchases that do not work as described are investigated independently of credit consumption.
5. Consumer rights and product problems
Consumers in France and the EU generally have 14 days to withdraw from an online service contract, subject to the applicable rules. Simply downloading or using Tero is not treated as consent to waive that right. Our first-subscription guarantee provides a full refund within its window even if you started using Pro. Statutory periods, including any legally required extensions, take precedence over our commercial deadlines. For continuous digital services, French legal conformity protection applies throughout the contracted supply period. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to correction without charge, a price reduction or termination and a refund. Contact us about unavailable paid features or persistent defects. Tero’s beta status does not remove these rights. See the French withdrawal guidance and digital conformity rules.
6. How to request a refund
Email aymen@teroflow.app or use the support link in your Paddle receipt. Where available, eligible EU purchases also have a withdrawal option in Paddle’s customer portal. Include your purchase email and, if available, the transaction reference and date so we can locate the payment. No special form or explanation is required for withdrawal or the first-subscription guarantee. Do not send passwords or card details. A clear request sent within the applicable period is sufficient; our response time does not shorten that period.
Optional withdrawal wording: “I withdraw from my Tero purchase made on [date]. Purchase email: [email]. Order reference, if available: [reference]. Name: [name]. Date: [date].” You may use your own wording instead.
7. Refund processing and access
Refunds go back through Paddle to the original payment method where possible. Statutory withdrawal refunds are due within 14 days of notice; other approved refunds follow Paddle’s processing time, normally within 14 days of approval. Bank posting times may vary. Refunding a subscription ends the corresponding paid access and renewal; refunding a top-up removes the corresponding credits. Your free account can remain available. We do not replace a cash refund owed to you with store credit without your agreement.
8. Fair use of this policy
We may decline discretionary goodwill requests involving repeat purchase-and-refund cycles, multiple accounts used to obtain repeated guarantees, or fraudulent claims. We may verify ownership and payment records, but never require private prompts, selected text or file contents to assess a routine refund. These checks do not remove mandatory consumer remedies or lawful payment-dispute rights. The policy in effect when you purchased applies to that purchase; later changes do not reduce rights already acquired.
